Please include any changes, specifics, in the special request tab. Please make sure you put down the phone number that you were texting from. We will get in contact with you closer to your event date from you placing your online deposit you to gather all the details and confirm everything is correct. Your spot is SECURED upon payment.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products. The deposit will be applied to your total order, you may make additional payments by requesting another invoice or paying the date of your event upon receiving your custom order. If you would like to change the design, you must do so 10+ days before your order is due and pay a $10 design change fee. You must come email us so we can send you a design change form to sign off on any changes and resend the form back to us via email. We understand that there's a lot of uncertainty due to COVID-19, so please read before making your payment and agreeing to this order. We are only taking limited orders due to me being a small bake shop, and usually always have to turn people down, so please let us know AS MUCH IN ADVANCE as possible if you need a change of date or cancellation so we can give your spot to someone else. That being said, with 10+ days notice the amount that you paid can be used for another order up to one year away from your original order date. There will be no rescheduling or changing the design past the 10 day mark.
This service is only offered to NJ and NYC customers ONLY!!! Depending on your location! Delivery is available with an additional fee. Pick up is available in NJ. Shipping is NOT available for cakes and cupcakes!
