How do I order a custom cake?
In our products section, you will see a "Custom Cake order form" where you can select your deposit amount after we quote you on a price for your custom order. Please make sure you contact us by email at [email protected] to inquire. When you add the "Custom Cake order form" to the cart and check out, there will be a notes section where you can write your ideas, serving size, and date needed.
How to set up a cake tasting?
We do not do traditional cake tastings, due to the overall structure and hours of our shop. You can sample our most popular cake flavors/fillings in an 8oz cake cup at $7.50 each when ordered at least 1 week in advance. to request a cake tasting cup(s) please text 646.742.7678 or email us at [email protected]
Do you offer delivery?
We currently offer delivery in the NJ and NYC area depending on location! For inquiries please email us at [email protected] or Call/ text 646.742.7678 with any questions on delivery before ordering! Delivery fee's will apply! Pricing is subject to location.
How far in advance should I place an order?
Such a difficult question to answer! We are a smaller, made-to-order shop so our availability is limited. We recommend booking as soon as you know your date. No later than 2 weeks in advance for Cakes and Cupcakes or party size 420 orders! We are currently working on a custom calendar for our site, where you can pick a available date and book! I don't see my design on your online ordering.
For a custom cake quote, please text 646.742.7678 or email us at [email protected] with your ideas, serving size, and date needed. Please expect a 1-2 day response time. If it exceeds the 2 day mark please resend your message or call.
What if I am unhappy with my order?
Please text us the same day you received your order at 646.742.7678 or email us at [email protected], while we do not offer refunds for our custom orders -- if we made a mistake on the flavor, filling, or something is not right we will do the best we can to make the situation right. We will only make accomodations 48 hours after the cake is picked up or delivered!
